    We come to your home, look at the property and give a free, no-obligation valuation.

    Documentation in place

    Condition report, self-declaration and renovation records – we help you get everything right.

  3. 03

    Photo, drone and video

    You choose Good, Better or Best. We pick a photographer and surveyor you can trust.

  4. 04

    Marketing

    FINN, our website and targeted Facebook advertising reaching between 3,500 and 15,000 people.

  5. 05

    Viewing and bidding

    We follow up interested buyers and stand beside you when the bids come in.

  6. 06

    Contract, settlement and moving van

    We handle the settlement – and lend you the moving van for free once we've sold your home.

Commission varies with sale price, saleability and travel distances. A concrete offer is given after assessing the property.

Commission is calculated on the sale price including any share of joint debt.

Travel outside Grenland is added. Outlays to the municipality, land registry and managing agent come in addition.

An hourly fee can also be chosen: NOK 2,500 per hour.

Borrow the van – free

We have our own moving van you can borrow free of charge if we sell your home.
